As a model, it’s of course really important I stay slim. The problem is I love to eat just like everyone else! I got these packets as part of a Body by Vi package with the shake mix and metabolsm booster pills. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it separately had it not been part of that packet, so I’m certainly glad it was! It really worked for me! I’d have a Body by Vi shake with this mixed in for breakfast and usually not be hungry all the way until lunchtime, which is unusual for me. If I was really active, maybe I’d be hungry for a snack after 3 to 4 hours, but normally I’m hungry after a meal like 3 hours later.
For some reason I ran out of these packets before I did my shake mix, so for the last 3 days I’ve had the shake mix without the hunger control mix. I can REALLY tell the difference. THe shakes alone don’t keep me going as long, even though they’ve got all that protein. I was hungry well before lunch and dinner today so I can’t wait for my Vi-Trim reorder to get here.
The only downside of these is the price. I find them expensive, but hey – they work.

This is good but just a warning…don’t add this to milk. Even though it’s clear and is basically tasteless, it makes the consistency of milk kind of weight. I thought it might be good to put in my milk and put it over my Special K cereal but it just sort of ruined it. Take a word from the wise and just use it in water and other drinks like that. Other than that though I like it and it seems to be working.

I wasn’t expecting this to work as well as it does. It’s worth the $49. I’d actually pay more for it for how well it keeps my stomach filling full. I just add it to a bottle of water and I can’t taste it or smell it so it’s really nice to not even realizing your doing something to lose weight.

I got this with my order of shakes and I like this better than the shakes believe it or not. I drank one shake a day for the first week I got the shipment but I was getting really sick of the flavor. It was good don’t get me wrong but I just don’t know if protein shake are my thing. I like that I can add the trim to my own drinks and you can’t really taste it. Good product.
