I have used Visalus products for 3 months now and I’m in love with their products! I usually don’t write reviews but I have finally found the solution for my weight issues. I do not sell Visalus or work for them in any way. I’m active duty Army and was very skeptical in trying (yet again) a new way to keep the weight down. No shake has ever worked for me and I have tried all of them, plus diet pills (make me feel like I’m having a heart attack), eating every 3 hours (which that does work but I needed extra help with the shakes), and just eating healthy. Since starting the Visalus shakes, I no longer crave sweets – which is shocking…I lOVE SWEETS! I bought a pack of M&Ms during my monthly cycle and only ate 2 and threw the rest away and I have turned down cake at work parties…I have never done that before. I have my two shakes, small snacks in between (carrot sticks, apple, etc) to keep my metabolism working and I eat whatever I want for dinner (including Pizza). I have found that even when I am starving…I will eat a portion of my dinner and I am absolutely full instead of eating the whole plate like I did before and then snack later. The shakes are very nutritious and I love not having to figure out my meal plans every week – I used to plan out my baked chicken and vegetables and try to find new ways to make them taste different and figure out healthy breakfasts. WHAT A PAIN! I now do my shakes and I have a fridge at work and everything is all set – and my grocery bill is smaller since I don’t have to buy all of those foods to make my healthy lunch and breakfast. I also go to the ‘field’ (tents, eating in the woods) and to rifle ranges all day; I take gatorade and my shaker cup (with metal ‘ball’ inside) and my shakes and I am good-to-go. It has made my life easier – I am a very busy woman and I can do this program anywhere. I don’t feel like I’m on a diet at all – I ran out my shakes that my friend had given me while awaiting my auto-ship shakes to come in the mail and I was not happy – I didn’t want to return to the way I was doing before so I called and had a bag delivered overnight – yes, additional cost but worth it. That ‘Be careful’ person has a right to their opinion but they are attacking the marketing of Visalus, not the actual product; no evidence that this is a poor product or ‘snake oil’. I am living proof with oustanding fasting lab results, lost 25 lbs and have more energy to work out and my ankles no longer hurt when I run. Also, their customer service is the absolute best; extremely nice people and very accomodating.

I don’t know if I’m just imagining it, but I swear these supplements are making my hair and nails stronger. I was apprehensive to take this because I was worried about how good it was for my health, so before I bought it I printed out the ingreidents and all of the information and took it to my doctor. I’ve followed the directions and I’m even trying to count my calories but nothing much seems to be changing.
